things cycle in sports...only the Lakers, in both their locales have been champions in a number of different decades...the Celtics hadnt won any titles until Russell came along then again in the 80s, the Bulls were always losers until the MJ/Phil teams...some franchises keep finding ways to field a winner, most dont...it will be a long time until the Celtics are an upper level team again...

It may not happen soon, but they will probably end up winning sooner or later after all the draft picks they are going to eventually receive. That is the point of the draft- to make horrible teams like the Celtics better.
I'll make this short and sweet.....look at the Dallas Mavericks from the '90's and look at them now. Boston now is better than tose Mavs teams then...Boston will get it again. Can't keep a bad team down forever. GO MAVS!!
I say that that no matter how bad a team may seem to be one season, with hard work and time to develop their young players, they can win it again at some point in time. all they need is time. the bulls of the 70s were horrible, but they were able to build a championship team. i think what the C's need is patience.
Only time will tell because the NBA will be around forever. However it wont be any time soon.

They will not always be the worst maybye in 10, 15 years they will get to the Playoffs
One day yes, but not anytime soon. The team they have now is too young and they need a lot of development to do.
